From this new place we’ll discover what works for you and develop practices that will enable the changes you need to achieve the outcome you desire. 

First I’ll help you get clear on the outcomes you want to achieve through our work together. We’ll do this through discussion that includes input from you and 360 interviews I do with your boss, peers, key stakeholders, and reports, as it’s critical that you bring these other perspectives into the process. This 360 feedback is often the best direct honest feedback you have ever received and will give you an accurate view of how you’re perceived in the organization. From this information, we develop an action plan that will give you more self-awareness, insight into what’s in your way, new learnings, and possible approaches to achieving your desired outcomes.

Each engagement is customized to your specific needs and typically lasts for 6-12 months

  • Development of 1-3 specific coaching objectives

  • Alignment Session with Manager

  • Development and support of Action Plan

  • 1 hour coaching sessions every other week

  • Additional ad-hoc interactions as you need them 

  • Mini-Survey to measure change

  • Closing Alignment session with Manager
